ABOUT DANIEL BLOUNT
With a PhD in immunology and almost 15 years of experience in the biotech industry, I am passionate about advancing T cell immunotherapeutics for cancer and autoimmunity. I worked at Oxford Biomedica and Barinthus Biotherapeutics (formerly Vaccitech), where I was involved in the preclinical and clinical development of innovative immunotherapy products.My leadership experience includes leading projects and teams, line management, and professional development. I am known for my open, trustworthy, and friendly approach, which actively promotes a collaborative \"Team\" mindset.I have expertise in flow cytometry, T cell culture techniques, ELISpot, and ELISA, alongside experience in designing, optimising, and validating immunoassays.
