Helping our portfolio companies mature technology capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation to support growth towards business objectives. In serving as both a practitioner and a strategic thinker, my focus is balancing across both pragmatic action and advising on strategic vision by- Partnering with CIO/CTO leadership and their teams for pre-acquisition diligence & post-close activity across the portfolio- Support transformational initiatives to modernize technology to the Cloud, Software R&D best practices and leading methodologies, DevSecOps & related automation thinking, Architecture, Information Security, & Analytics - Foster as well as provide the latest and most pragmatic technology thinking to drive growth, risk mitigation, and innovation across the portfolio
