He brings fluency in fabrication, parametric design, and emerging construction technologies, having contributed to published research through ACADIA and the ARCC early in his career.Daniel holds a Master of Architecture with honors from the University of Michigan\'s Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Roger Williams University.
Experience
Senior Associate
Stack Architecture & Development
Jan 2025 — Present · Boston, MA, US
I\'m licensed architect (RA), Certified Passive House Consultant (CPCH / PHIUS), and based in Boston, where I spend most of my time working on the kinds of projects that don\'t fit neatly into any one box: urban infill multifamily, adaptive reuse, single-family retrofits, affordable housing, cluster developments. The work that\'s constrained by tight sites, complicated zoning, thin margins, and real community need.At Stack Architecture & Development, I work on projects from first feasibility through permitted construction documents, which means I\'m equally likely to be stress-testing a pro forma, interpreting a zoning code, or detailing a party wall condition on a zero lot line. I think in loops: feasibility shapes design, design tests feasibility, repeat until something actually works.I also build tools. Custom software for real estate analysis, generative design workflows, unit-mix optimizations, GIS mapping, internal operations systems. Not because I\'m a developer (I\'m not), but because the problem usually outruns whatever software exists to solve it, and building your own is the only way forward.Business development and brand work are part of my practice too. I care about how our firm shows up, who it attracts, and what it stands for.
