ABOUT DANIEL FEILE
I am passionate about product development in the area of software / mobile apps and have been able to accompany various ventures in the area of product management, marketing and digital analytics over the past 9 years. The cooperation within and leadership of interdisciplinary and international teams is an important part of my daily work. I am convinced that the interfaces between product management, software development, marketing and analytics must go hand in hand in order to ensure not only a product-market fit but also rapid testing within different markets or user audiences. In this context, it is important that individual team members are encouraged to look beyond their own tasks in order to get a holistic view. In this way, a \"business team\" can be established that really takes on \"ownership\", independent of company titles and hierarchies.
