ABOUT DANIEL DANA
Daniel Dana is a professional speaker and educator, driven by a passion for making complex concepts accessible and empowering the public with knowledge they can apply directly into their lives. Daniel graduated with his educator credentials from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017 and began his journey by developing curriculum for various counties in North Carolina. He continued his education practice into Virginia and Michigan through the Covid years, during which he obtained his Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.During Covid, Daniel delved into his studies in Employment Law and developed a newly found focus in his pursuits to educate others, notably how individuals can protect themselves and make strategic decisions to safeguard employment. Inspired by union partnership, Daniel led numerous negotiated agreements and hosted 25+ negotiation workshops that featured key points from “Getting to Yes” (Roger Fisher and William Ury). This passion for mutually-assured growth expanded into Finance by the end of the pandemic, when Daniel decided to open his firm, Dana Financial Stewards, in Florida closer to family. Now deeply rooted in the financial sector, Daniel cofounded Rise Management, where he operates as Chief Financial Officer and he merges his analytical precision with his ongoing commitment to client education. In his role, he oversees financial planning, reporting, and risk management, ensuring that his clients not only receive sound financial advice but also understand the rationale behind every recommendation. Daniel has been named an Eli Broad Business Management Scholar of Excellence and Top Executive by Marquis Who’s Who Top Professionals 2024.Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge in estate and financial planning to educate and guide his clients on how to protect themselves and their loved ones in a comprehensive manner. He prides himself on being thorough and diligent, while bringing a candid transparency that has earned him a great deal of trust in managing his clients’ affairs. His mission is to bridge the gap between intricate financial systems and the individuals they serve, ensuring that every client feels informed and confident in their financial decisions.
