I am a Solutions Architect focused primarily on collaboration technologies to equip and enable companies and end users to work wherever they need to simply and securely. I aim to meet our customers where they are and on the platform that is appropriate for them based on their needs. I support Cisco Collaboration (premise UCM and cloud telephony (Webex Calling MT and DI, UCMC), premise contact center (UCCX) and cloud contact center (WxCC), premise and cloud Meetings, Webinar, and Events platforms, and others.) Key focuses are Zoom (full stack including Meetings, Webinar, Events, Phone, Team Chat, and Contact Center), as well as Microsoft Teams (Teams PBX, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect.) I also have a background in datacenter, WAN, Service Provider (including telecom), and campus networking which I use daily when discussing challenges and recommending solutions.
