In my professional journey, I play a pivotal role in driving the success of development projects from conception to completion. My expertise lies in coordinating all stakeholders, defining project program requirements, conducting thorough market and technical research, and managing key project components such as proformas, budgets, briefs, and schedules. I also engage with municipal authorities during entitlements processes, oversee negotiations, and stay informed about evolving neighborhood plans, zoning regulations, and community needs. As an architect, my career has been characterized by consistent curiosity and a hands-on approach. With over +12 years of practical experience working with top developers spanning various municipalities, including Vancouver, Victoria, Squamish, TOL, and Surrey, I have honed a diverse skill set encompassing design, communication, leadership, teamwork, organization, and effective problem-solving. Beyond my primary role, I actively contribute to design reviews, fostering seamless communication within the design team to achieve project goals. My involvement extends to supporting forecasting, loan monitoring, and administration, coupled with hands-on participation in construction coordination to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project milestones.
