Appointed Managing Director in a market where technologies were moving the landscape at a pace never seen before, in the role of Digital Lead for the Italian Leader in the Energy Industry, helping our client enhance customer experience through mobility and optimize customer operations leveraging on analytics.Thanks to industry experience and my passion for new technologies I then moved to Accenture Digital in 2015 with the role of Digital Geographic Unit Lead for Resources. Although maintaining an Account role on some utilities Clients, I\'m responsible for - helping Resources Operating Group and our clients in addressing the needs in the Digital space, understanding client\'s specific context and supporting deal shaping- delivering high quality by shaping solutions, engaging the right capabilities and our Global Network. While my skills are still more focused on utilities processes and technologies related to Customer Experience, Customer Analytics, web/mobility (including IoT), in order to support the Energy industry I developed a deep understanding of industry x.0 solutions including IIoT and Advanced Analytics.
