Managing the administrative functions to ensure a smooth running of the the italian office. During my leadership our growth in the Italy based offers, packages and the number of our vendors was significantly increased. I established strategic alliances & important business partnerships with numerous luxury brands in fashion throughout Italy, as well as worked on successful business schemes and plans.In my day to day work i focus on product development, implementing growth strategies, provide training & guidance to the new employees, representing the company to potential business partners and I attend meetings with other company members. Creating tailor made packages for our customers, to meet their needs & requirements, maintaining the existing list of clients and researching possible vendor\'s and suppliers.
