ABOUT DANIELE DANTONIO
I look after insurance products and distribution schemes launched in the Italian market according to the AIG Europe strategy in Italy, also dealing with company secretariat and controls over the distribution networks (including the relationship with the Italian and Luxemburg regulators). I hold a PhD in business law.I previously served as legal counsel at Unipol, strengthening my insurance and reinsurance law skills. Before, I practised as a lawyer for 8 years (5yrs PQE) both in judicial (litigation before Italian courts) and out-of-court matters (contracts and legal opinions), focusing on business, insurance and transport law. Specific expertise in insurance, civil and business law allows me to deal with complex legal matters through an all-encompassing approach. As a good Neapolitan, I am always up for a coffee together.
