Management engineer with more than 20 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, mainly on Operations. I started my professional career in business consulting acquiring strong technical skills that still represents the foundation of my business profile. After this first phase I\'ve been always working in Pharmaceutical manufacturing sites, developing strong experiences in Supply Chain (covering local and global roles), Business Development in CMO Business and Manufacturing. I love to participate or lead Global Initiatives where I can take advantage of my strategic thinking and my project management skills. Since 2019 I\'m driving an expansion program that is doubling the manufacturing capacity of Takeda Site in Rieti.
