In charge to be the point of contact with the cruise lines preparing and operating the Port of Calls in the destination, responsible to deliver high service standards, quality and competitiveness tours to achieve client satisfaction. • Providing operational assistance and monitor Pier Operations and services• Supervising and Coordinate operations with shipboard personnel at pier such as the Embarkation process, Debarkation process and/or Tour Dispatch.• Generate relevant operational documentation, to assist Ground Operations based on unforeseen circumstances that affect regular tour operations.• Ensure consistency of company image in the operations for brand purposes, together with company and clients’ quality and service standards are meet or excelled consistently.• In charge to perform site inspections
