ABOUT DANIELE CROSA

I am responsible for the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructures, both within the company and for external clients, while also providing second-level support to the NOC for troubleshooting activities. My work is driven by the goal of ensuring high standards of efficiency and reliability, leveraging technologies ranging from DWDM optical solutions to firewall devices. Previously, I managed the maintenance of a complex Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) network, integrating multiple technologies such as radio links, routers, and others within a multi-vendor environment. I diagnosed network issues and collaborated closely with field technicians to ensure timely and effective problem resolution. Prior to that, at HiMarc, I worked as a Product Specialist for smart lighting and video surveillance systems, handling roadshows, demonstrations, testing activities, FATs, and more. At Movendo Technology, I coordinated service engineers in the installation and troubleshooting of robotic rehabilitation devices. During my time at Ericsson, I was primarily involved in training, customer demonstrations, and providing second-level customer support. The courses I delivered focused on network operation and maintenance, as well as network planning and implementation. I also conducted theoretical training sessions on SDH, OTN, Ethernet, and MPLS-TP technologies. My expertise spans optical transport equipment, network management systems, mobile backhaul solutions, and related technologies.
