World Class Manufacturing Activities Coordination for 21 Plants in EMEA region with Different Business lines : AL, SA, SS,ES, PWT. • Coordination of support activities of WCM central team (10 people overall) located in Corbetta Headquarter to make sure the right support available locally • To develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the BU Management Team and the key business stakeholders • Understand the organization’s vision, objectives and improvement needs and suggest projects, improvement actions and WCM tools to achieve objectives • Coordinate Lean implementation and activities on the shop floor such as Kanban, Material Conveyance, Production flow, Super Market design and deployment, Value Stream Mapping, Takt time analysis, Problem-Solving, Standardized work, Set-up reduction, 5S, Visual Workplace, and Error-Proofing, 5S, TPM, SMED, Visual Factory, Kaizen, Scheduling, etc. • Manage follow-up of multiple projects in different production Sites identifying opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction & quality improvement, resources optimization, environment and sustainability improvement • Develop a culture of continuous improvement in collaboration with different functions towards IPS • Track the KPI progress of EMEA plants performance of the plants and support them with improvement projects to achieve company targets with special focus on operational cost reduction • Guarantee the standardization of WCM methods and tools working with other regional coordinator and BU coordinators to standardize processes and develop best practices in all plants • WCM Audit Execution as “Junior”Auditor available to audit plants worldwide (CNH, FCA plants)
