ABOUT DANNY DUKE

With over 20 years’ experience across games development, film, and high-end television, I’m a creative and production leader specialising in visual storytelling at scale. I currently work as Production Director (Head of Film & TV) at Absolute, a full-service post production studio delivering film, TV, and advertising projects for UK and international clients. I’m also a member of BAFTA, RTS and the Visual Effects Society, and a former board member of VES London. In my role leading film and high-end television, I work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to shape visual ambition from early development through delivery. My focus is on translating creative vision into achievable outcomes — balancing storytelling, budget, technology, and schedule while supporting distinctive visual identities for each project.Alongside studio leadership, I’m an Executive Producer and Business Development lead at Tiny Giants, a multi-platform IP incubator creating and developing original properties across film, television, and emerging media. I’m particularly interested in projects that allow me to sit closer to creative decision-making, development, and visual strategy — partnering with filmmakers and producers to realise bold ideas in a rapidly evolving production landscape.
