What motivates me every morning? The possibility to continuously improve and change my surroundings. It is extremely rewarding to contribute to the ever-developing world of video games with talented and inspiring like-minded people, where the key to adapting is met by continuously raising the standards to new heights. This ever-changing environment is what keeps me going and keeps me from going insane!I\'ve been described by my peers as a leader, motivator and team-player. I am known to surpass my expectations, stand out in a crowd and help other colleagues to deliver more effective working methods. My current and previous managers have always appreciated the manner in which I keep other departments informed and coordinated on any set proprieties.My experience and strengths are rooted in rational level & game design, mission flow, technical integration, scripting and single/multiplayer. I aspire to continuously push the quality of gameplay in both cooperative and competitive play, as well as in narrative driven experiences. I care deeply about personal growth, a positive work environment and being surrounded by motivated individuals. Above all, I love to learn, work hard and have fun. It\'s a mystery what comes next, but I\'m an open minded person and I welcome any challenge.
