I build high-performing product organisations that ship what matters and scale what works.Over the past 14 years, I’ve led product teams through early chaos, product-market fit, scaling pains, and platform reinvention. My work spans B2B SaaS, fintech, insurtech, payroll, and infrastructure. I have owned AI-powered feedback tools, predictive risk scoring systems, global payroll platforms, and onboarding experiences used by hundreds of thousands of customers.Today, I lead global product management for Sage’s cloud payroll business. I set product strategy and drive execution across international markets, customer segments, and complex compliance environments.What I care about most is building teams that move with purpose. That means clear goals, sharp prioritisation, and a culture that values progress over noise. I invest deeply in the systems behind that momentum: how we plan, how we decide, how we learn. The best product organisations are not just fast. They are relentless in their pursuit of clarity, focus, and results.Outside of Sage, I coach emerging product leaders, advise SaaS startups, and speak on modern product leadership in an AI-transformed environment. I care less about thought leadership and more about helping teams cut through noise and deliver with confidence.I do not need to be the smartest person in the room.
