Actively supports Partners, including People Managers and individuals across Head Office, John Lewis stores, Waitrose shops, distribution centres, and retired Partners, addressing a wide range of Partner Lifecycle and policy queries. Reports directly to a Section Manager.Key Responsibilities:Full Employee Life Cycle Support:* Provide expert advisory and administrative first-line support via phone and email to managers, partners, and retired partners.* Manage a high volume of diverse queries spanning the entire employee lifecycle. Explain self-service options within the HRIS platform, investigate, resolve, or escalate to specialist internal teams.* Specialise in ‘Exit’ related cases, employing sensitivity and diplomacy to understand individual circumstances and provide high-quality HR advice on policies, procedures, and next steps.Change Delivery:* Successfully leads the administration of small, medium and large-scale People change projects, ensuring efficient and timely execution of redundancies, TUPE, and redeployment processes.* Develop and deliver ICM Training presentations, answering queries with support from Organisation Design Consultants.* Monitor affected Partners using trackers (live applications, suitable alternative employment, redeployed, trial periods, non-advertised opportunities) and case management using Salesforce CRM.* Process Partners leaving through redundancy, ensuring 100% accuracy in checking entitlements, calculations, and generating final letters and payments.HR Processes and Policies:* Review and continuously improve HR processes for retirements, death in service, and day one no-shows, driving efficiencies and enhancing customer service for all stakeholders.
