Actively manage a team of two Project Managers, ten carpenters, and multiple subcontractors. Manage multi-project build schedule with current and future projects,+12 active projects in build and +12 projects in design. Run regular build team meetings, trainings, production meetings, and multi-department meetings. Detailed project cost estimating through multiple design iteration, review and present to clients. Write and present proposals and construction contracts to clients with detailed scope, allowances, and payment schedule. Work closely with the architectural and interior design team, on project details, redlines, consult on best building practices and scope. Maintain subcontract relations and develop relationships with new subcontractors.Client correspondents with project updates, scheduling, and pricing.Create, and role out standard operating procedures (SOPs).Recruit and hire company wide open positions including Project Managers, Carpenters, Designers and support staff. Work with accounting on job coding, project reconciliation, and job close out.
