In my role as an Equal Experts consultant, I\'ve worked with the Crown Prosecution Service, the Ministry of Justice, and Known Origin/eBay.While at the CPS, I undertook several projects. Initially, I developed a transcription service for converting audio to text for legal professionals. Building on this, I designed a comprehensive video management suite enabling real-time transcription for multiple videos. Additionally, I led an analysis of the CPS estate, implementing Event Storming to map the entire workflow within a remarkably short timeframe of 3-4 weeks. This initiative marked a significant milestone as it was the first time the process had been mapped in such detail. Lastly, I collaborated with the North East RASSO team, rapidly prototyping and deploying a case tracking tool that significantly reduced case workload from 8 hours to mere minutes within just 5 weeks from the initial design phase. I take great pride in the positive impact this tool had on the team\'s efficiency.While at the MoJ, I served as a Technical Architect, leading the replacement of their existing system. Leveraging Event Storming, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the current infrastructure. Drawing from this insight and past research documents, I devised an architecture design facilitating the migration of the existing systems to a new event-driven system, adopting a phased approach based on function.For my most recent project, I collaborated with a Manchester-based startup, Known Origin, which was recently acquired by eBay. Operating within the challenging context of a small company integrating into a large corporation, I led a team tasked with integrating eBay\'s security and authentication servers. Managing a team of less experienced developers at Known Origin, I provided mentorship while navigating the intricacies of working with a corporate giant known for its stringent security protocols. We successfully developed an authorisation service pivotal to the project.
