UCR is pioneering energy conservation & boosting technologies enabled by the modified circuits of its award winning Inductive Capacitor Device (ICD). UCR also produces advanced ceramic alloys in proprietary low energy process powered. In May 2025 UCR demonstrated a 2.5x improvement in energy yield from a 100w solar panel in side by side tests. I was delighted to be appointed to the Group Board of UCR Holdings Ltd as Chief Commercial Officer in Feb 2024. My work includes business planning, portfolio, program & project control, investor relations, and developing commercial traction. I also provide strategic advisory and consultancy services to a select group of CEOs and founders of startups and high-growth technology ventures. With a strong track record in raising investment, business analysis and planning, commercial development, and operational scaling, I bring a proven international network to accelerate expansion into new markets.I am certified as a project and test manager for systems development and excel in leading organisational change with a consultative, human-centric approach.I have served as an advisor to the President of AirMobility Inc. in Japan, offering strategic input on eVTOL aircraft development and Unmanned Aerial Systems. This draws on my experience co-founding VRCO, an eVTOL aerospace company, in 2017, which I exited in September 2022. I am also an advisor to an Air Mobility focused holding and investment company, responsible for the definition and deployment of the 5 strategic pillars (vertiports, energy, aircraft, unmanned systems & international network).In Jan 2025 I was asked to join the board of ABBS Group, a UK defence technology developer specialising in systems that improve survivability on the battlefield. These include autonomous mine clearance platforms and counter small UAS systems. I bring over 25 years of experience in technology within asset management, investment, and private banking, having worked in key global cities including London (HSBC Asset Management), Tokyo (Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein), and Geneva (HSBC Private Bank). I hold a degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, and Business Law.In 2021, I was accepted as a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Recently completed short courses at Nottingham Trent University, including Sustainable and Inclusive Leadership and Effective Change Management.
