Lead a team of technologists around the world in offices located in London, Kuala Lampur, Sydney, Santiago, and Palo Alto to deliver projects on behalf of our clients. I mainly work on large distributed agile driven projects to support client digital transformation initiatives focused on team agility and introducing visibility to silo\'d projects and teams across an organization through tools and process.In this role I am also actively involved in the creation and refinement of the pre-sales process to produce and elevate sales results. Worked on and wrote every major RFP with regards to Services process and delivery timelines.Various custom IP was created under my leadership around the creation of tools and processes to estimate and size delivery of projects in the Atlassian ecosystem with regards to cloud migrations and JSM implementations.Participated in various joint initiatives with Atlassian on refining and enhancing the various common technology platforms and services offered to streamline process and optimize succesful outcomes for our common customer base.
