Most CLOs come to technology companies from law.I came from both directions. I have a computer science degree and a law degree. I have spent my career at the center of technology companies — not advising them from outside, but inside them, in the room where decisions get made.Eleven years at Dell. Eleven at Twitter, including six months as Interim General Counsel during the 2020 U.S. election. Now CLO and Corporate Secretary at Dataiku, where I work at the center of enterprise AI.Across those three companies, across multiple growth stages and operating environments, I have done the work: built and led global legal teams, negotiated and structured major commercial transactions, guided companies through regulatory complexity, supported boards on governance, and helped CEOs navigate the moments that define a company’s trajectory.I have also earned a Dataiku Core Designer certification — because the most credible governance comes from people who understand what they’re governing.What I do well: help technology companies operate with legal and governance discipline without sacrificing speed.    Leading the legal, governance, and compliance function for Dataiku, an enterprise AI platform company. Key contributions include supporting the company\'s Series F fundraising round and building out the company\'s public company readiness profile — developing the governance infrastructure, internal controls, and legal frameworks that position Dataiku for a future liquidity event. Also served as Interim Chief People Officer in 2023, providing executive leadership continuity at the CEO’s request during a critical period of organizational transition.
