Project Manager Duke Energy Center(DEC) Migration/Charlotte Uptown Restack Projects: Project Management of 2,712 employees relocating into newly constructed and existing space in the Duke Energy Center and other Charlotte based locations. • Included design and build out of Data Processing facility. Managed the design, build out, and relocation of pods, chassis, DANTE blades, and supporting infrastructure in low, medium, and high impact waves ensuring zero (0) production downtime.• Design and build out of Satellite Information Processing facilities (SIPF) on DEC floors 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 11.• Managed consultant and vendor relationships, including drafting, managing, and executing Statements of Work (SOW).• Procurement of network infrastructure, DANTE blade, Amulet, and various end user technology and peripherals. Database design and administration of user management system. • Managed technology testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Command Center performance adhering to corporate PMO policies, including drafting of deliverables and artifacts.
