As Director within the Global Supply Management (GSM) organization, I lead a global team responsible for strengthening the third-party governance and control framework across American Express. I oversee key risk and compliance functions including bypass testing, quality control, and the end-to-end Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA).I work cross-functionally with internal audit, compliance, and second-line oversight teams to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal policies.
