Analyze and evaluate RFPs for compliance with corporate mandatory and rated requirements for Federal Government, Provincial, Municipal, and Private Sector bid opportunities.• Review Canada Buys and other procurement websites daily to identify new bid opportunities and generate a report detailing which bids the organization qualifies for and which it does not.• Plan, design, and implement an evaluation process for the RFP proposal management process, leading the process by organizing and analyzing quantitative data, including gathering complex data and conducting advanced analysis using Excel.• Apply knowledge of program evaluation planning and design, theories, principles, practices, and qualitative and quantitative methodologies and standards of program evaluation while analyzing and responding to RFPs.• Plan, design, and conduct RFP evaluations following the Federal Government\'s best practices and guidelines.• Synthesize information from RFPs and other sources to prepare briefings, presentations, and summary analysis reports for senior leadership.• Work with multiple stakeholders, such as other team members, directors, and internal clients, to gain consensus on shared initiatives, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to influence bid/no-bid decisions in a collaborative and productive manner.• Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, and templates for efficiency.• Track proposal performance metrics (win rates, lessons learned) to enhance future success.• Ensure compliance with internal approval processes, legal requirements, and company policies.• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies in proposal management.
