   Daniela Holmes is a skilled and experienced commercial litigator who represents clients in a variety of complex business disputes. She has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts, as well as in virtual settings, achieving multimillion-dollar verdicts in favor of her clients. Notably, Daniela, along with her colleagues, secured a $12.6 million verdict in a 100% virtual trial via Zoom and a $3 million-dollar unanimous jury verdict in the Oldenburg case. She has also handled labor and employment matters, including trade secret theft, discrimination, and wage claims, for Fortune 500 companies. Daniela began her legal career as an associate at a large Chicago law firm, where she gained valuable experience in labor and employment litigation. She then served as a law clerk for the Honorable James Singleton in US District Court for the District of Alaska, where she honed her analytical and writing skills. She joined Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann in 2020 and has since become a rising star in the Texas legal community.Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University, and a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
