About Daniela Ventura
I am a first-year Master\'s student in Counseling Psychology at Texas Woman\'s University. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology from UT Arlington where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with minors in Neuroscience, Clinical Health and Social Justice & Welfare. Currently, as a Counseling Psychology student at Texas Woman\'s University I am trained in a feminist–multicultural model that emphasizes equity, advocacy, cultural humility and social justice.My end goal is to obtain a PhD in Counseling Psychology and have a career where I can engage in research, teaching and clinical work. I am passionate about social justice, addressing mental health disparities and finding culturally competent and accessible care for marginalized communities.
