I have been working in mental health for over 20 years supporting individuals struggling with a broad range of issues, closing the gap between where they are and where they want to be. I have training in different psychotherapeutic approaches including new, cutting-edge treatments informed by neuroscience like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting. I am also trained in traditional “talk” therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
