As a Project Manager at Digital Makers, I oversee the strategic and operational coordination of digital projects for clients in the hospitality, culture, food, and tourism sectors. My role involves constant communication with clients to gather needs, define goals, and guide them through the various project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.I manage workflows among internal teams – design, development, content, and media – fostering effective, results-driven communication. I prepare summaries, creative briefs, editorial plans, and project reports, coordinating activity scheduling and monitoring progress using project management tools.I also supervise digital content (website, campaigns, newsletters, social media), working closely with specialists to ensure narrative consistency and strategic value. For events, photo shoots, or editorial initiatives, I support the client from the ideation phase through to logistical and operational execution.My approach is based on active listening, mediation, and problem-solving, with the goal of building trust-based relationships and delivering projects that create long-term value.
