Leverage consumer, market and industry trends to lead a new initiative to create a hub for scholars, aviation industry and local community, supporting the Museum\'s 10-year Strategic Plan.• Partnered with the marketing team to create a campaign for promoting a new initiative within the museum (Community Ofrenda for Day of the Dead), increasing foot traffic by 25%, and overall increase in the specific community targeted by the marketing campaign. • Worked as point of contact between external partners and internal museum stakeholders, including marketing, to develop a roadmap of cultural events and experiences, as well as a marketing plan to reach our target audience of underrepresented communities in aerospace.• Identified key opportunities to improve the AEC\'s reach and engagement through multilingual and multicultural programs development.• Reviewed marketing and education materials for accuracy, fact checking and cultural translation consistent with key messaging. • Led listening and ideation sessions, visitor surveys and leveraged industry research to continuously improve our programs, marketing campaigns and partner management, resulting in an increase of visitors from our target of underrepresented communities in aviation and aerospace. • Worked with the Community Engagement team to represent the museum in front of external partners, local and state events to increase program awareness and strengthen partnerships.
