As a Design Research Lead at IDEO.or, I apply my systems design expertise and community design skills to tackle complex social and environmental challenges. I have over 8 years of experience in leading and facilitating community-led innovation projects with diverse partners, such as the Earthshot Prize, The Rockefeller Foundation, USAID, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and The Carter Center. I have a master\'s degree in Systems-Oriented Design from the Polytechnic of Turin (Italy) and a background in industrial design.
