Daniela Calle is the founder of Ditas Solutions, where the mission is simple: help landlords get their properties back without the long wait for court dates. With years of experience as an eviction mediator, we know that evictions are the emergency room of real estate and need real, human solutions. Ditas Solutions works by understanding tenants, finding out what they need, and negotiating a plan; whether that’s a move-out agreement or a way to catch up on rent. It’s about keeping landlords current on their mortgages, effectively selling their occupied property with tenant agreements, or giving tenants a fair shot at getting back on their feet. With our systems in place, we also provide property management, and assist home sellers and home buyers throughout New York and New Jersey with eXp Realty.
