I make bets on emerging AI capabilities, build teams to productionize them, and ensure we ship reliably at Microsoft scale.The agent space moves incredibly fast - models evolve weekly, patterns emerge monthly, and best practices don\'t exist yet. My role is providing strategic direction through uncertainty, aligning cross-functional teams, and building organizations that can innovate and execute simultaneously.Transforming my development team into an AI Frontier team—pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible with autonomous agents while maintaining the engineering discipline needed to ship at Microsoft scale. A major focus of my work is building robust evaluation systems—both offline evals for rapid iteration and online evals to measure real-world agent performance.
