ABOUT DANIELA M.
I’m a Service and Strategic Designer with a strong focus on research-driven, human-centered design. My work is grounded in qualitative research and sense-making, supporting design and innovation processes through interviews, workshops, co-creation, and insight synthesis. I often work in early and exploratory phases, where understanding people, contexts, and systems is key. I\'ve worked in multiple roles as a UX Designer, Service and Strategic Designer, Design Researcher in areas such as Consulting, Research, and Product Development.I’m particularly comfortable with:– Qualitative research (interviews, workshops, synthesis, insight framing).– Service design tools (journey maps, service blueprints, stakeholder mapping).– Facilitating collaborative and Agile design processes.– Translating insights into clear directions and actionable outcomes.I’ve worked across different types of systems and services, digital products, and innovation contexts, in international teams across Europe and Latin America, contributing to EU-funded projects, cross-sector collaborations, and research initiatives, often acting as a bridge between users, designers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
