WORK HISTORY
Workflow Automation Engineer (Flowgrammer) @n8n
Berlin, DE
I design workflows in n8n to help build the company of the future. Most companies run on dozens of tools and a lot of manual coordination between teams. My job is to turn those fragmented processes into automated workflows.I map complex processes, define the decision logic behind them, and build automations that connect systems like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and internal tools. The result:• less manual work• clearer processes• systems that actually talk to each otherIn short, I translate business processes into automation.

ABOUT DANIELA BURGOS
Hi, I’m Daniela a yogini with a regular 9-to-5 job background in Customer Success who made the leap into AI development after years of studying it on the side. After several years of independently studying software development, I decided to make a career shift. A layoff pushed me into the unknown a challenging but transformative moment. During that time, I traveled to India and Spain, where I met Buddhist monks whose teachings helped me cultivate resilience, mindfulness, and a new perspective on uncertainty and growth.Inspired by these experiences, I chose to build a career that bridges two worlds: the understanding of the human mind and the power of technology.Today, I focus on developing AI agents, specializing in areas like natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, conversational AI, and the intersection of human-centered design and artificial intelligence. I am passionate about creating systems that are not only efficient but also more empathetic and intuitive, applying insights from mindfulness into technology.Beyond technical development, my mission is to connect with others navigating change and uncertainty. I believe community is our greatest resource during difficult times, and I aim to share my experiences and what I’ve learned to help others overcome challenges and embrace new beginnings.
