About Daniela Maurer
I joined TechSmith, the makers of screen capture software and solutions that are perfect for anyone who wants to create and share images and videos for better training and every communication, in 2008 as an Inside Sales Specialist with a focus on the German-speaking region. Over the years, I held many different roles and learnt a lot in each of them. Currently, I am the Regional Sales Managers for the EMEA, as well as the North American Education sales team. I enjoy being able to work with an innovative and customer-centric team. I am a firm believer that everyone has unique skills and that we all can learn from one another. What I love most about my job is that it allows me to connect with people from all over the world. Having grown up in Switzerland, I consider both Switzerland and the United States home. My role at TechSmith allows me to stay connected and meet new people in both countries and beyond. Many of the people whom I have had the pleasure to work with in the past have had an impact on my professional life and some have become life-long friends. The biggest joy in my life are my two young daughters. I love spending time with them and seeing the world through their eyes. We enjoy being outdoors, swimming, and travelling.
