My role with DSB is to execute the management, planning and budgeting for their investment property portfolio. I coordinate the implementation of all capital improvements, renovations and tenant turnover during a property reposition. Currently, I’m managing operations for multi-family, retail, office and mixed-use properties in both King and Snohomish Counties. These properties encompass approximately 100 multi-family units and over square feet of office and retail space. I work directly with our owner, employees, contractors, and vendors to increase the value of the overall DSB Portfolio.
