Drive key workstreams within a large-scale enterprise platform migration and own the product roadmap for an internal AI tool:• Support the migration of Nordstrom\'s legacy on-prem stock ledger to a new cloud-based Oracle platform—a high-stakes, multi-year program involving 10+ internal stakeholder groups (general ledger, controllership, engineering, internal audit, security, merchandising, logistics, and more) and external partners including Oracle and third-party auditors. Own UAT and training workstreams end-to-end, and partner closely with engineering on E2E testing, archiving strategy, and compliance.• Develop and present C-suite briefing materials communicating project status, risk, and strategic decisions to senior leadership.• Own the product vision and roadmap for an internal AI agent that serves as an expert on Nordstrom\'s stock ledger systems. Users submit natural language prompts and the tool writes SQL, executes queries, and interprets results. Drove adoption from early prototype to hundreds of users within months. Define new features informed by firsthand use of the tool and deep understanding of user needs, with a roadmap toward production-grade trustworthiness for finance and E2E testing workflows.
