In the role of a Release Train Engineer I act as a coach, trainer, and facilitator - and sometimes it just means being present for people to listen and openly talk to. Being an empathic pragmatic, I am capable of finding a balance between supporting people while never forgetting the actual business goals. My past experience in the dynamic trade area helps me build bridges between different internal stakeholders’ views and facilitate solution thinking.
