ABOUT DANIELA FRANKEN

Hola! I’m Dani :)I blend design, strategy, and commercial thinking to help brands grow, connect, and sell.I come from a design background, but what truly excites me is shaping product strategies that perform. Over the years, I’ve worked across the full apparel lifecycle, from research and line planning to development, sourcing, merchandising, wholesale, DTC, and go-to-market strategy. Wearing many hats has taught me how all the pieces connect, and how thoughtful decisions at each stage can make or break a product.I’m at my best when I can bridge creativity and analysis, making sure great ideas don’t just look good, but actually show up for the right customer, in the right place, at the right time. I care deeply about quality, details, materials, and the experience a product creates for the person wearing it.I consider myself entrepreneurial, curious, and solutions-driven. If there’s something I don’t know, I learn it. If there’s a problem, I work to solve it. I value collaboration, integrity, and doing things properly, even when it’s harder.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking or running, spending time outdoors with my dog Patchi, or writing poetry. Being outside helps me reset and reminds me why good product matters, especially when performance and comfort truly make a difference.
