I oversee the management and strategic direction of Edesia Nutrition\'s Quality, Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and Sanitation functions. Our goal is to treat and prevent malnutrition in the developing world through ready-to-use therapeutic food. I provide visible quality leadership to enable a world-class quality and food safety culture, ensuring that we deliver premium products to the end users.I work closely with the senior team to manufacture quality, ready-to-eat therapeutic food for humanitarian products, domestic sales, and global exports. It is my responsibility to ensure that Edesia complies with client production and quality specifications, U.S. FDA/USDA, FSMA rules, BRC, and other international standards.I also maintain critical relationships with customer technical teams to support the business, including organizations such as USAID, USDA, UNICEF, and the World Food Program.
