About Daniela Castro
I am a Senior majoring in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Diversity and Social Inequality at the University of Central Florida. I am a first-generation Venezuelan-American with a passion for serving underserved communities through medicine. During my time at UCF I have led mentorship initiatives for underrepresented Latinx students pursuing higher education through the Refugee and Immigrant Education organization at UCF. In addition, I founded an organization that aims to provide relief to Latin-American countries through clothing, food, and medical resources.
