As a Global Partner Technical Advisor aka Outsourced Vendor Manager, I work closely with our outsourced Service Delivery Partners. We are part of the Microsoft Cloud and Online Services Support team helping Enterprise, Broad Commercial, and S500 customers. We support Microsoft Internal Sellers in their quoting process up to signing the proposal and closing the sale. My role is a good mix between Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Project and Program Management, as well as People Leadership. In addition to this, because of my strong background in quality, continuous improvement and innovation, I coordinate complex global projects aiming to improve quality at scale, or to drive volume reduction for the larger Customer Service Commercial Team.

Genuinely passionate about technology and people, quadrilingual, I have a unique +14 years of experience uniquely in customer service and support (mainly in technical roles), program management, vendor management, quality management, team leadership, and coaching roles. I enjoy working in fast-paced and complex environments where I can lead teams and solve complex problems on behalf of customers. I like to push myself by continuously learning. I thrive in complex, diverse, and global setups as a facilitator and enabler for people to do their best work. Outside my regular business hours, I provide Romanian sworn translation services for the Romanian community (2-3h/week) and pro bono advice for official document registration through the Romanian Consulates in the UK.
