Oversee the bidding process from request analysis to final submission- Drafting technical, financial and administrative offers - Analyse tender documentation and gather necessary information- Research policy and legislative documents to identify expertise - Monitor tender opportunities, evaluate bid performance, and redefine processes- Negotiate and finalize contracts with external experts and network partners- Manage communications with consortium partners- Develop tailored proposals and budgets, coordinate experts\' inputs- Set procedures and standards for future tenders and bid administrative tasks- Perform technical quality checks on offers- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and Contracting Authority\'s requirements- Liaise with the legal department for agreements and contractual arrangements- Maintain knowledge of EU Institutions procurement procedures- Work across teams with proactivity, effective communication, and project management skills- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
