Provided Accounting support and Project Scheduling support to client on large gas utilities, electrical utilities, and field services projects. Provide technical and project support to internal Project Managers and their projects. Provide assistance and support to project management team through budget and cost control. • Project Cost Control - Provide project status reports on project expenditures, budget variances, resource allocations, and projected costs. Deltek Vision is used to collect, analyze and report all project costs, staff utilization and forecasts against the project, t plans. Project scope is also monitored to assist in change management.• Project Scheduling - Develop and maintain project schedules to report project progress and coordinate interdisciplinary/intercompany activities. Schedule variances and constraints are analyzed in a timely manner to ensure adherence to project timelines and report any anticipated difficulties. Project schedule updates and analysis through Deltek Vantagepoint and MS Project. • Financial Analysis - Provide project accruals and cash flow forecasts monthly. Deltek Vision is used to report project metrics in a variety of ways, as necessary to meet client requirements. Developed project status reports by using Microsoft excel, Microsoft projects, and primavera. Identified variances in project costs and schedule.• Process Improvemento Analyze and enhance contract management, invoicing, and financial reporting procedures to efficiently coordinate these efforts with client systems and preferences.o Held weekly project status meetings with project team.
