ABOUT DANIELA SANCHEZ-LOPEZ
I have an interdisciplinary background in Economics, with a Master\'s in Development Studies and a Ph.D. in International Development.I have long-standing experience concerning the governance of critical minerals and the li-ion battery supply value chain, socio-environmental conflicts, and energy geopolitics. In my current role, I am exploring the implications of the different frameworks of battery regulation, as well as the collection, analysis, and monitoring of ESG data and Life Cycle Assessments of products and processes.Outside academia and industry, I have extensive experience in public policy research in international organizations including the United Nations Development Program (UNDP-Bolivia), Interamerican Development Bank (IADB), Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), and NGOs with regional expertise in Latin America.
