With nearly 20 years’ experience in Early Years education, including eight years in London, I am a dedicated Nursery Manager with a strong focus on leadership, quality improvement and child-centred practice. Since relocating to London, I have successfully led diverse teams, promoting inclusive, high-performing environments where staff feel supported, challenged and motivated to deliver outstanding care and education. I am currently undertaking the Level 7 Early Years Senior Leader qualification to further strengthen my strategic leadership skills and organisational impact. I am passionate about developing people, building positive nursery cultures and ensuring every child receives nurturing, high-quality learning experiences.
