ABOUT DANIELA PERCOCO

Economist and economic analyst with specific applications to the market and industry of real estate. She matured experience in the following areas: market analysis, Italian and international real estate economy, construction economics, finance applied to real estate, feasibility studies, economic impact assessments of major real estate projects, real estate, economic and financial assessment of real estate developments and redevelopments, real estate marketing, social housing, non-performing loans. She matured over twenty years of experience in leading companies of Economic Research in the branch of real estate in Italy and abroad and for over 10 years she was the Director of the real estate sector in Nomisma SpA before moving to the Association field (AICI, Assoimmobiliare Federimmobiliare and ASSOVIB) of real estate system. From 2014 to 2016 she has been Research & Development Manager - Associate Director at Duff & Phelps REAG and since 2016 to present she is Strategic Marketing Manager at CRIF Real Estate Services, the leading company in Italy for real estate valuations for banks. She edited numerous publications on real estate and participated in several seminars and conferences as a speaker in Italy and abroad. She is a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveryors) Senior Professional in Research since 2012 and Assessor since 2017. She chaired the Technical and Scientific Committee of ASSOVIB (Association of Real Estate Appraisers for Banks) in 2014 and in July 2015 she was appointed Secretary of the Association. Member of the Marketing and Communication Committee of EAA (European AVM Alliance) the European Association of companies producing automated valuation models.
