   At Sam’s Club, I worked on a comprehensive project to integrate enterprise systems across key areas, specifically focusing on demand forecasting, supply chain, warehouse management, HR, and CRM.For demand forecasting, supply chain, and warehouse management, the goal was to centralize inventory data, enhance predictive analytics, and automate order replenishment. This integration aimed to improve stock accuracy, reduce stockouts and overstocking, and optimize overall operational efficiency. We utilized systems like SAP ERP and Legacy Supply Chain Services to streamline data flow, enhance real-time reporting, and enable better decision-making for inventory and logistics teams.In the HR management and CRM areas, the project sought to centralize employee data, automate HR processes, and improve customer engagement. By integrating Workday for HR management and Salesforce for CRM, the focus was on enhancing compliance tracking, personalizing customer interactions, and providing better insights into employee and customer behavior. The implementation aimed to improve user experience for employees and customers, foster data-driven decisions, and ensure compliance.As a Business Analyst, I gathered requirements and developed artifacts including user stories for each area, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business units. I worked within an Agile framework, managing backlogs, supporting UAT, and overseeing timely delivery. I defined project scope, monitored progress, managed risks, and led change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption, compliance, and operational improvements across all integrated systems.
